Podcasts Looking at Health and Wellbeing Research

Which shows are out there to help you feel better?

Do you spend time trying to stay healthy, well today we're looking at new podcasts covering the latest research in health and wellbeing.

Just One Thing - with Michael Mosley looks at how simple changes in our habits can make us look and feel younger. Each one of these tips have been scientifically proven, as you would expect from a BBC series. Taboo Talk, a new podcast by Boots, recently did a special episode on the signs of burnout (with special guest Dame Kelly Holmes.)

The ADHD Women’s Wellbeing Podcast had an interesting recent episode that looked at lifestyle adjustments you can make to make your life a little bit easier after you have been diagnosed as having ADHD. The Doctor’s Kitchen Podcast looked at how psychedelics have been used to treat depression and anxiety, with special guest Professor David Nutt.

And The Sweat 7 podcast aims to get you up and moving, with exercises and routines that you can complete in only seven minutes. And if you’re thinking about sobriety, Alcohol Free Life by the broadcaster Janey Lee Grace dives into the topic.
