Tortoise Investigates: Elon’s Spies

A lot has been reported on Elon Musk, the head of Twitter (I will never call it X) and the cofounder of Tesla and SpaceX. Yet this new investigation by the podcast producer Tortoise, a company that has raised eyebrows in media circles after reports that they might purchase The Observer, opens the lid on a part of his life that has so far not had that much attention, but should: Musk’s use of private investigators in both his professional and personal life, which have been reportedly used against critics and whistleblowers.

The series is fronted by Alexi Mostrous, whose previous Tortoise series Sweet Bobby is about to have an adaptation by Netflix.

Episodes will be out from Tuesday, with early access for Tortoise subscribers.
