The Apple & The Tree - A neat idea for a new series, presented by Vogue Williams, hones in on the conversations that we don’t have with our closed loved ones for one reason or another, perhaps because we never really get round to doing so (but really should.)

Each episode features a parent and child asking each other about their shared history, their background, their regrets and their hopes for each other. And with episodes recorded in their homes rather than in the studio, it creates an environment where the conversations feel really rather intimate. And the conversations are unstructured, allowing the contributors to come to their own conclusions.
