In another podcast with an inspired name ‘Never Mind My Bollocks’ is a new series that tries to remove the stigma of vasectomies.
Hosted by friends James McConnell and Kurt Brookes, who have both had the surgical procedure, they talk about why they decided to have it, the experience of the procedure, the assumptions and myths that others have expressed to them, as well as the financial cost. Whilst they are not scientific experts or medical professionals, having two adults speak so frankly about might be a help to anyone navigating such a procedure. They also have guests, such as vasectomy historian Dr Georgia Grainger, to provide expertise where they naturally fall short themselves.
