A new series of the informative podcast that looks at some of the richest people in the world and how they acquired their wealth, and explores whether they have made a positive or negative contribution to the world (hence the title).
And as this is the BBC, Business Editor Simon Jack and former VICE Editor Zing Tsjeng just tell you the facts and stories about this person, leaving you to make up your own mind. The last series looked at famous individuals including Richard Branson, Mark Zuckerburg and Taylor Swift. This new series starts with a profile of Google co-founder Sergey Brin, who has the equivalent wealth of the country of Morocco.
The chemistry between Tsjeng and Jack is great, and it feels like they have spent a considerable amount of time collating the research on each billionaire (they haven’t just Googled them, which feels rather meta when you consider the subject matter.)
