“Well, it was either this or Panto,” says Frank Skinner at the start of the return of his podcast.
Five months after his unexpected dumping from Absolute Radio, where he had a weekly show and an accompanying podcast for the past 15 years, Skinner has revived the podcast with co-hosts Pierre Novellie and Emily Dean. And at a time when podcasts usually have to start from scratch with a new name and a new feed for audiences to find when they restart, Skinner’s podcast has been allowed to pick up where it left off in the same place (although, now named Frank Off The Radio).
Twice weekly (rather than the once weekly of old) each 45 minute episode is a meandering chat full of wit, life updates and anecdotes.
