Armchair Explorer - This great audio travel podcast is back with their first episode of 2023. In each episode you’re transported to a different part of the world to hear about a ridiculous adventure, voiced by the person who did it, accompanied with immersive sound design. It really does make you feel like you’re experiencing what they are. And it makes you all the more inspired to step away from the computer and get outside.
The first episode of the new series follows Rinker Buck who attempted to cross the Oregon Trail in a wagon, with mules pulling it the old fashioned way, since the 1880s. Nothing like this has been attempted for more than 100 years.
