A New Way of Being - Adrian Chiles is the latest guest on this self-help podcast and talks about flow (that’s the enjoyment of an activity that absorbs your time.) Hosted by Simon Mundie, Chiles also candidly chats about the benefit of accepting your life as is rather than forever chasing success or fame.

Chiles is a gifted writer and broadcaster (his Guardian columns are a favourite of mine). And here, in just a ten minute episode, he is in his element here too: “I find ironing unbelievably relaxing,” he says. “To the extent that it’s become a bone of contention in my marriage. My wife yelled up the stairs, ‘you better not be f***ing ironing again!”
