Inbetweeners stars launch new comedy podcast

Will Joe Thomas and James Buckley stay on topic?

Joe Thomas and James Buckley, best known for their roles in The Inbetweeners, are teaming up again for a new weekly podcast, Joe and James Fact Up. Produced by Audio Always, the series launches today.

Each week, the pair will bring a fact that has caught their attention, debating it before inevitably going off on tangents. Expect discussions about whether crisps all expire on a Saturday, or if the lift close button really works. The show promises to explore some of life’s most pointless but oddly satisfying mysteries through the lens of their offbeat humour and long-standing friendship.

Thomas says: “I’ve always loved the facts you can pull out anywhere that get people talking, so debunking them is going to be pretty fun, especially when I get to do it with one of my good mates. Things do get pretty weird from my end, so whoknows where this podcast journey will lead to.”

Buckley adds: “I’ve always loved working with Joe, so I’m excited to just spend time with him speaking nonsense... It’s basically what we do already, but with a mic attached. So let’s see how well that turns out.”

Episodes are available on all major podcast platforms.
