This weekend are the Enhanced Games. Set in Las Vegas, the competition consists of athletes being able to use performance enhancing drugs under medical supervision (rest assured: they are not condoning the use of cocaine and heroin). 

In the latest episode, Jeremy Whittle and Chris Marshall-Bell look at why disillusioned athletes are now agreeing to take part in the event, and why the company behind it are also selling the same drugs and testosterone as the athletes are supposedly taking. Were these Games actually inevitable?
