Social historian Dr Lee Arnott and TV producer Dave Moor have an interesting hook with their podcast: what parts of our pop culture through history, such as television shows, films, can be now deemed to be problematic in the current light of day? They look at something well known, such as Til Death Do Us Part or Friends, evaluating its success and looking at what it said about society at its time. They don’t jump to conclusions with any criticisms it may have received, and give each of its subjects a fair evaluation.

In a recent episode, they looked at Big Brother, having a deep dive into some of its most memorable series. It is very much a nostalgia fest, with even Channel 4 Big Brother host Davina McCall making her own contribution.
