The long-running Good Food podcast, now hosted by the magazine’s senior food editor Samuel Goldsmith, has launched a new series on trying healthier living and small adjustments that we can make throughout January.

Their in-house nutritionist Kerry Torrens talked about the difference looking after our gut health, why we should focus on improving our immune system and the problem associated with ultra processed foods.

There’s also new healthier recipes that you can cook along with by simply pausing the episode at any time.
