This podcast by chartered psychologist Kimberley Wilson explores the relationship between nutrition and the brain, and why we have to see our mental and physical health as being one thing rather than separate entities. In each episode she looks at a different topic, from the benefit of taking magnesium to support our stress resilience to how best to recover burnout in layman’s terms. 

And the joy of this series is that whilst other health podcasts full of tips can end up being more than an hour long, Wilson’s is only ten to fifteen minutes per episode, hardly interrupting your workday.
