Self Help - The writer, artist and performer Scottee, who you might recognise from the BBC Radio 4 series Loose Ends and his own podcast After the Tone, has launched a profoundly personal series reflecting on his own mental health.

“I’m clinically mad and I’ve spent a lot of time thinking about why,” he opens the series, which in turn reflects on self pity, self care and his own diagnosis. Recorded whilst he walks more than 80 kilometres in the remote Scottish countryside, the series feels like having an intimate conversation with someone and feels like the host coming to his own realisations, rather than just being there for the listener.
