Based on the notable book which looked at dark moments from 1970s and 80s pop culture, this relatively new podcast features notable guests talking about the disturbing things they stumbled across when they were a kid that have haunted them ever since. It’s full of insights and memories that might unlock a deep trauma within that you never knew you had, such as watching terrifying late night Channel 4 documentaries or dodgy video nasties that you watched as part of a dare.

It is presented by Andy Bush of Absolute Radio and the podcast also brings in Dave Lawrence and Stephen Brotherstone, who wrote the book, for insight and analysis. Guests so far have included actor Alice Lowe, the journalist Samira Ahmed and actor and comedian Reece Shearsmith.
