McCartney: A Life in Lyrics - This new series is expected to be a treat for Paul McCartney and Beatles fans, as McCartney breaks down the meaning and craft of some of his most famous and celebrated songs.

These conversations, which were recorded on tape usually placed on the table between them, were never meant to be for a podcast. They were originally recorded to be used for a book by McCartney and the poet Paul Muldoon. But as McCartney is a great and natural storyteller, they’ve been reworked into these episodes. There’s an eight minute teaser to kick the series off, with new episodes out every Wednesday.
