The Other Blue Pill – A new documentary to coincide with Pride Month, this series looks at the history of PrEP (Pre-Exposure Prophylaxis), a pill that helps stop the spread of HIV if taken before and after sex.
The drug only became available for free on the NHS after the tireless efforts of fighting by sexual health campaigners. Here the activist and health promoter Phil Samba looks at their work, the impact PrEP has made and the collective efforts to end new transmissions of HIV by 2030.
