The House at Number 48A series that feels like it came from an Indiana Jones film, this new series features the documentary maker Charlie Northcott looking at a curious family secret. When Antony Easton’s father died, he went through his father’s suitcase and found his birth certificate with someone else’s name attached to it. There was also a stack of German money and multiple papers full of sprawling notes trying to get to the bottom of something. He realises that his father shared a different nationality, and there were historic links to a long lost art and property empire. Episodes are available wherever you get your podcasts, but you can listen to the whole series now on BBC Sounds.
