With the hugely divisive adaptation currently in cinemas, it feels like a good week for a podcast to be unpacking Emily Brontë’s Wuthering Heights

In this new series hosted by Dominic Sandbrook and Tabitha Syrett, a spin-off of a mini-series on The Rest is History, they both look at the impact and legacy of literature. It fits in with what makes Goalhanger so popular: lots of facts, a keen eye on detail, interesting presenters and original insight.

Upcoming episodes will look at The Great Gatsby by F. Scott Fitzgerald, George Orwell’s 1984 and Sally Rooney’s Normal People. They also both go and see the film, so you don’t have to.
