A pitch perfect spoof of those talking head political podcasts that are all the rage right now. It features former Tom Dudley-Brown (played by Michael Clarke), a Tory minister who is really not coping having been pushed out of parliament with BBC journalist Julia Markham (Helen Price), who has the ego of a small planet.

A joy of the podcast is hearing just how completely out of touch they are (such as in a discussion about the rising cost of childcare, Dudley-Brown saying “we were actually very lucky because my partner’s mother came to live in our annex”). It’s so well-crafted, at times you have to remind yourself that what you are listening to is satire.
