There have been a significant rise in the number of podcasts that explore and validate experiences of anyone who is neurodivergent or thinks they might be. This new podcast presented by author and life coach Kim Raine takes a slightly different approach, looking at how to survive and thrive in business.

The first episode looks at how starting at anything can often be the hardest part for people with ADHD, but it’s always worth starting anyway.

“Perfection is absolutely the enemy of progress. We are so good with ideas. We're brilliant at dreaming big, but the execution part, that's slightly a different matter.

That's where perfectionism or procrastination or trying to make a decision or just get started can just paralyse us. We have to wait until everything feels just right or till we've got the perfect name or the perfect plan or the perfect website. In the meantime, what happens is we stall ourselves or we spin or we overthink, and nothing happens.”
