Tickets on sale for the International Women’s Podcast Awards

It's the fifth year for the worldwide ceremony

Tickets have gone on sale for the 2025 International Women’s Podcast Awards.

The event, which takes place on Tuesday 17th June 2025 at Broadcasting House in London marks the fifth year of the awards that bring together podcasters, audio professionals, and podcast enthusiasts to celebrate the remarkable achievements of women in podcasting worldwide.

The IWPA Bursary Fund, which allows those who may not be able to afford a ticket to attend, is returning thanks to the ceremony’s sponsors in Amazon Music, Wondery and BBC Sounds. New for this year is the IWPA gift a ticket function, where paying attendees can purchase an additional ticket at checkout to be gifted as part of the bursary scheme.

This year’s awards, for which judging is already underway, has seen entries from over 35 different countries from Bhutan to Iceland. Winners and runners up will be awarded in 10 categories recognising exceptional ‘moments’ of audio brilliance.

The shortlists for each category will be released week commencing 19th May, with the winners announced at the ceremony in June, which will be simulcast on a live stream.
