Lots of new series are on their way, so let’s start with a quick roundup.

From the creators of Political Currency and The News Agents will be a new twice weekly podcast hosted by Lily Allen and Miquita Oliver. Miss Me?, made by Persephonica and released on BBC Sounds, will be a twice weekly podcast where they reflect on the news, culture and their own personal lives. The BBC also announced Who Replaced Avril Lavigne?, which explores a daft conspiracy theory that the singer was replaced by a lookalike at the height of her pop stardom.

Elsewhere, Life After Prison by National Prison Radio is returning for its fifth series this week. The series is acclaimed for the way it tackles stigma about serving time, lifts the lid on the reality of prison life. It also provides advice and support for those who are re-adjusting from prison back to civilian life again.

Meanwhile Terribly Famous, who look at the highs and lows of some of the most notable people to have ever been in the public eye, is returning with a new series exploring the incredible life of George Michael. Episodes are out from March 5th.
