Audio Production Awards announce 2025 shortlist

Daria Agafonova / Audio UK

Big names including French & Saunders, Gary Linker's Goalhanger and Jamie Laing's JamPot Productions are among the nominees for this year's Audio Production Awards.

The ceremony takes place at a gala evening on Thursday 27th November at the BFI Southbank in London with Remel London, broadcaster and founder of The Mainstream on hosting duties.

Goalhanger, who make the industry-dominating Rest Is... slate of podcasts are up for Publisher/Network of the Year alongside Sony Music Entertainment, Rusty Quill, Fix Radio and Fun Kids.

JamPot meanwhile have two producers, Ewan Newbigging-Lister and Jemima Rathbone, up for the Entertainment award alongside producers from BBC Audio, Fix Radio, Persephonica, TBI, and This Paranormal Life.

Elsewhere French and Saunders naturally slot into the Ensemble Cast/Presenting Team category alongside Mel Giedroyc and Sue Perkins for Audible; Becky and Ben Saer from their eponymous Fertility Spotlight podcast; Zak and Jules from Life After Prison; Beth Rigby, Ruth Davidson and Harriet Harman from Electoral Dysfunction; and Rachel, Elaine and Caroline from Power Sisters.
