The Turnout with GK Barry - With around half of young people not expected to vote in the upcoming general election, internet personality GK Barry has started a new series in collaboration with the radio station Kiss to encourage turnout. The podcast also explores why so many young people are feeling disenfranchised, and what needs to change to get them back on board.

The series is obviously aimed at young people so isn’t suitable for everyone, but has a knack at explaining the issues clearly, including the threat democracy itself is facing all over the world. It looks at the failures politicians have with connecting with young people, but also the importance of turning up at the ballot box anyway.

Heck, if you don’t vote, nothing will change.
