There has been a big rise in the number of podcasts exploring neurodivergence (which includes ADHD, Autism and Tourettes) over the past year. This podcast by Ben Branson is up there with the best, having recently won the Best Interview category at the British Podcast Awards. Each episode contains interviews and thoughtful exploration into the topic, with a particular lens on how neurodivergent creatives can be an asset to companies and society itself.

Guests over the run of the series have included Kit Harington, who talked about his ADHD and chef Heston Blumenthal, who talked about his bipolar disorder. Recent episodes have also included Heartstopper’s Bradley Riches talking about his autism diagnosis and Love Island’s Georgia Steel, talking about her dyslexia.
