It Can’t Just Be Me - Anna Richardson has made a career from speaking to other people about their lives and being non-judgemental by what she hears. In this relatively new advice podcast, she’s paired with an expert and special guest who talk about an issue that may not often be talked about in the mainstream, from conversations about non-monogamy to exploring your sexuality for the first time in your forties.

What stands out to me from listening is how carefully considered the response is to each of the problems that are shared. Nothing is rushed, nor are conclusions jumped to. And since the podcast has an endeavour to feature problems or explore issues that don’t tend to get talked about elsewhere, you as the listener will end up with more insight and empathy even if you’re not directly connected with the issue itself.
