Pottering with Tom Allen – To say that Tom Allen is a keen gardener is an understatement. At the end of a TV awards show once I watched Tom Allen saving all the flowers before they were destined for the bin, which he then displayed in his garden the following morning. In this new podcast (also visualised), he invites well known guests to his garden for a potter and a chat.
Gardeners’ World, this ain’t, with the chat touching on the subject, but also pottering on a whole range of humorous topics with the Allen’s trademark dry wit and storytelling. There’s several episodes out at the moment, including Rob Beckett, Jo Brand and Kerry Godliman.
