It hasn’t been the smoothest launch for Ant & Dec’s first podcast, with the duo having to apologise for the marketing campaign tied to the series before it had even launched.
Yet the series itself, very much in-keeping with the popular format of celebrities talking to each other about what they have been up to, is strong out of the gates. Of course it is. It’s Ant & Dec, who have decades worth of experience in broadcasting and improvising on the spot. It also helps having other members of the production in the same room as them, rather than them riffing in a secure studio.
