Since her retirement from sport, double Olympic Gold medallist Jessica Ennis-Hill can usually be seen alongside Gabby Logan at the heart of the BBC’s athletics coverage. She’s also now the host of her own interview series, honing in on the highs and lows that can come with competing with elite sports, which makes you think about how you can apply these lessons to your own lives.

Guests so far have included Jonny Sexton, Irish former rugby union player and, funnily enough, Logan is a guest on Ennis-Hill’s podcast too, talking about the importance of losing whilst competing and navigating the competitive world of sports broadcasting.
