There are a lot of mental health podcasts out there, which is great to see, but there aren’t that many that break down the neuroscience behind our brains and provide practical advice on what actually works.
This new series by the magazine New Scientist and presented by award-winning journalists Helen Thomson and Cat de Lange features just that. Their first episode looks at anxiety, why it affects people in different ways and why it seems to be so prevalent with the younger generation. There are new episodes out every Thursday.
